The likelihood is you’ve either spent today (1 January) hitting the grind and prepping for a big year or slobbed out on the sofa and left it all for tomorrow.
But whatever plans you do have for 2025, you might want to consider. Well, depending on how much you believe in the likes of Baba Vanga, Nostradamus and other psychics anyway.
That’s because a self-proclaimed psychic who claims he predicted Covid-19 has given a shock revelation for 2025 with one major warning.
Nicolas Aujula says he has accurately predicted events like Donald Trump winning the US election in 2024 and the Black Lives Matter Movement.

Apparently the 38-year-old realised he had these abilities at 17-years-old as he gave his predictions for the year ahead.
The hypnotherapist, who lives in south London, reckons there will be ‘major wins’ for women in sport as well as a big concert where singers raise money for those in need.
I mean, considering the women’s Euros is coming up this year, those predictions seem pretty vague.
But despite seeing improved equality in the workplace in our near future, Aujula doesn’t see 2025 as bright.
Some may argue world wars have already begun (Getty Stock Image)
Yep, he’s apparently had visions of a Third World War kicking off from the middle of the year as he warns it’s going to be a year ‘where there is a lack of compassion in the world, where we will see horrific acts of human evil and violence towards each other in the name of religion and nationalism’.
Plus, here in the UK, Aujula is predicting slow economic growth with farm closures, companies going into liquidation, businesses ditching the country and a rise in inflation.
Great.
The psychic has also thrown shade at Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer as he predicts he’ll step down by the end of the year and ‘be replaced by a woman’.

It’s not so great for the environment either as Aujula predicts rising sea levels, increased rainfall and flooding that will damage homes and the environment.
Other predictions for 2025 include Katy Perry having ‘marriage problems’, Cate Blanchett ‘bagging a lot of awards’ and a reconciliation of Prince William and Harry with ‘images of this in the press’.
In the workplace, he predicts: “I see that there will be greater wage or salary transparency in the workplace so that employees will be able to see or check what people earn to create fairness.”
But despite the odd bits of success here and there, Aujula seems to see a pretty rough 2025 ahead for us. Just what you were hoping to hear today, right?…
Yeah, sure mate, you’re going to live forever. Sure. But you’re not.
Whether you like it or not, whether you think you’re Peter Pan or not, whether you sing Oasis’ ‘Live Forever’ every day or not, we’re all going to die at some point.
I’m not even trying to be morbid, it’s just the truth. But while we all know it’s fact that time will get the best of all of us, not everyone is so sure about what happens next.
For some, we simply vanish off the face of the earth in every sense and are never to be seen again. Yet for others, there’s such thing as the afterlife.
Some might think there’s a ‘light at the end of the tunnel’. (Getty stock image)
And while plenty of people have claimed to have had spiritual experiences or have ‘seen the other side’, an expert has given a scientific response to whether it’s really possible. Sorry to believers but basically, he thinks it’s ridiculous.
Cosmologist and physics professor at the California Institute of Technology, Sean Carroll, says life after death is ‘impossible’.
In order for the afterlife to exist, the theory needs the premise that human consciousness is separate from our physical bodies.
But, scientists believe consciousness is the result of atoms and electrons and not a soul that can be separate from a human body.
“Claims that some form of consciousness persists after our bodies die and decay into their constituent atoms face one huge, insuperable obstacle,” Dr Carroll continued.
“The laws of physics underlying everyday life are completely understood. And there’s no way within those laws to allow for the information stored in our brains to persist after we die.”

The expert also uses the Quantum Field Theory (QFT) as proof an afterlife doesn’t exist. This essentially says that each type of particle has a field within the universe; one for electrons, one for photons and an additional one for every kind of particle there is.
And quantum tests have not found a ‘spirit’ particle – so there’s no field for that.
Look, this might all be disappointing to afterlife believers but there’s still plenty of people who stick to their belief after their own experiences – like Bob Mortimer.
During a triple bypass surgery, the comedian’s heart stopped for over half an hour and afterwards he revealed he had a ‘near death experience’.
“I did see the light at the end of the tunnel. I experienced going towards the light and feeling happier than I have ever felt, ever,” he told Kathy Burke‘s Where There’s A Will, There’s A Wake podcast.
“It was quite extraordinary, and then I woke up a day later and I was OK. I thought, ‘This is great. I no longer fear death and everything’.”
Here is everything that will definitely happen in 2025, according to blind Bulgarian mystic Baba Vanga.
As the end of the year approaches and people start digging out their Christmas decorations, you may be speculating on what is to come in 2025 and if you are, don’t bother as Baba Vanga has already beaten you to it.
What has Baba Vanga foreseen for 2025? (NDTV)
Born Vangelia Pandeva Gushterova, Baba Vanga has a reputation for predicting the future – with her followers claiming that she foresaw events such as 9/11, Princess Diana’s death and the election of Barak Obama as US President.
And if her predictions are anything to go by, next year is going to be a pretty big one.
Here is everything Baba Vanga has said about 2025, according to History.
War in Europe
Starting us off strong is Baba Vanga’s belief that war will break out in Europe next year. Now, you may be thinking war is already ongoing in Europe (cough, Russia and Ukraine, cough), but apparently this conflict will be big enough to ‘devastate’ the entire continent and it’s population.
Aliens
Baba Vanga has a long history with aliens and alien invasions, with the Bulgarian mystic incorrectly believing we’d get a visit from little green men in 2022.
But forget all of those other alien predictions as 2025 is definitely the year – and it will coincide with a major sporting event.
Maybe there is some truth behind the report that scientists are ‘weeks away’ from confirming alien life after all…
Human telepathy
Now strap in, because here is where the predictions get even more far-fetched.
Despite dying in 1996, Baba Vanga believed telepathy (essentially mind-reading) will become a very real thing in 2025.

Say goodbye to the privacy of your own brain!
Human organs grown in labs
This wouldn’t be the first time in which Baba Vanga has weighed in on the prospect of growing humans in labs, with 2025 specifically becoming the year we see human organs – such as kidneys, hearts, livers – grown in labs.
Unlike the other predictions of doom and gloom, this would actually be a major breakthrough in human science and extend the life expectancy of many.
A new energy source
Continuing with the hopeful predictions – see, not everything is apocalypses and aliens – 2025 will apparently see us discover a new form of energy.
Naturally, Baba Vanga didn’t provide us with any further details – but perhaps this is linked to her Venus 2028 claim?
Lewis Hamilton will win his eighth World Championship

Coinciding with Hamilton’s move to Ferrari, the 39-year-old will apparently win his eighth title in 2025 and overtake the legendary Michael Schumacher.
Sources to back this ‘claim’ up are almost non-existent, so we’ll check back in with you when the F1 season wraps up in Abu Dhabi next December.
A psychic who claims to have correctly predicted the coronavirus pandemic has made a bunch of new predictions for 2023, and it looks like we’re in for a bit of a rough time.
South Londoner Nicolas Aujula, 37, claims he foresaw an ‘influenza disaster’ in 2019 – a year before the world was shut down due to Covid-19 – as well as also predicting Donald Trump losing the 2020 US election and the Black Lives Matter protests.
PA Real Life
He said: “In 2019, I think my Covid one was the most shocking. I had this vision that I’m going to an airport and somehow, I had to give the person at the airport my health record, which didn’t make any sense.
“But obviously, Covid happened and that was what was happening – we had to show proof of our vaccine.
“I think at the time. I didn’t think anything of my vision because it’s so far-fetched, and it seemed like something out of a movie.”
Aujula, a therapist and astrologer, said he first became aware of his psychic abilities at a young age, which grew stronger as he got older. He says he now has regular visions and reckons he knows what we’ve got in store for 2023.
Sadly, it’s not all fun and games with Aujula predicting mass flooding, malaria outbreaks and power outages on a global scale. Great – just what we need.
He also thinks it could be a bad year for the Royal Family, saying: “I think the Royal Family’s income and popularity will go down. So they may sell their properties, or they may turn something into a hotel, or they will have to diversify.”
And it’s not much better news for the rest of us, with Aujula predicting that the cost of living crisis will continue.
“I think the economic decline is going to be very long term and could be something that lasts six or seven years.
“I think the worst will come at the end of the decade, we’ll go into recession, and things will get better, then we’ll have another. I think there’ll be a double recession globally. As a result, we’ll see many job losses and companies closing down.
PA Real Life
“I feel that the Conservative Party will have another crisis in the summer, between June and August.”
However, in slightly better news, Aujula claims there will be ‘record breaking’ success for a British cyclist.
Moving on to entertainment, he has predicted there will be an ‘all-male celebrity brawl at a film festival or award show’. Maybe Chris Rock is going to return to the Oscars with back up?
But, according to Aujula, there’s apparently heartache in store for Madonna and Beyonce.
He said: “2023 is going to be quite difficult for Madonna, she could have some form of sorrow… I feel like she’s going to be having a tough year ahead of her.
“I feel like Beyonce is going through a bit of a change and a transition in her life and she could question her relationship.”
A bloke who has been dubbed the ‘living Nostradamus’ has revealed what he reckons 2024 has in store for us all. Just in case you didn’t fancy waiting to find out.
With 2023 bowing out later today, thoughts to turn to the next 12 months and what we might be dealing with. I don’t want to jinx it so I’m just going to say, let’s all hope it’s better than the last few years, eh?
But self-proclaimed psychic Brazilian Athos Salomé believes he already knows what we’ve got to look forward to in 2024 and has shared his predictions with the Sun.
Salomé claims to have successfully predicted the Covid-19 pandemic, the death of the Queen and the World Cup final result.
And looking to the future, he’s predicted a pretty jam packed year for us all, with aliens and robots featuring heavily.
Alien contact
Salomé told the Sun that next year could be the one that sees humans finally make contact with aliens. About bloody time if you ask me.

However, he doesn’t believe it will be a Mars Attacks type affair with aliens heading to our planet in spaceships, but will instead be via ‘encrypted signals intercepted by a network of telescopes’.
His space predictions don’t end there, either, as Salomé says that an ‘asteroid abundant with rich materials’ is flying towards us and will land safely at some point in 2024.
However, the asteroid landing will kick off a bit of a battle between global superpowers to try and snap it up. Typical.
Robot ruckus
Salomé has also predicted an ‘AI awakening’, in which he says artificial intelligence will gain self-awareness, meaning it will no longer need human input to function.
He says the robots will then form their own language that us poor humans won’t be able to understand. Sounds a bit rude, if you ask me.
Salomé told the publication: “Equipped with self improvement capabilities and covert communication channels – it could lead machines and us down a very perilous path.” Great.

World War 3
Salomé didn’t stop there with the bad news, either, as he’s warned that World War III is an ‘urgent reality’.
However, he went on to suggest that it won’t be triggered by any ongoing conflict, such as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but will kick off suddenly following a cyber attack or ‘an event in the South China Sea’.
Global catastrophe
The hits keep coming as Salomé has predicted a series of natural disasters across the world.
He’s warned folks not to be complacent as nature has a way of catching us all off-guard.
Among the disasters he claims will hit, is droughts in the Middle East and Africa, fires in the US and hurricanes and tropical storms in the Gulf of Mexico.
Happy New Year, guys!
