One of the biggest awkward blunders of Super Bowl LIX so far has absolutely nothing to do with the action on the field, but with the highly-anticipated commercials.
Super Bowl LIX is officially underway in New Orleans, with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles facing off in a highly anticipated rematch of Super Bowl LVII.

The Eagles have dominated the first half of the game, as millions of fans around the world tune in to witness history unfold, as the Chiefs chase an unprecedented third consecutive Super Bowl victory.
However, the Eagles – led by record-breaking running back Saquon Barkley – are determined to avenge their narrow 38-35 loss from two years ago.
But tonight’s spectacle isn’t just about football — Super Bowl Sunday is also big money for commercials.
In fact, CBS News reports that advertisers are forking over close to $8 million on average for a 30-second spot during Super Bowl LIX.
Therefore, when viewers watched both the Pringles and Little Caesars ads, they had A LOT to say about it.
Little Caesars’ commercial aired first, and saw acting legend Eugene Levy – whose eyebrows fly off his face after trying the restaurant’s new cheesy Crazy Puffs:
A fun idea for a commercial, right?
Well, Pringles seemed to think so too – as they cast Adam Brody, Nick Offerman, James Harden, and Andy Reid in their ad, which saw the iconic stars lose their mustaches.
The similarity between the ads didn’t go unnoticed by viewers, who took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their thoughts.
“Funny how Pringles commercial is dangerously similar to the Little Caesars commercial,” one X user wrote.
A second added: “oh you KNOW pringles is pissed that their ad aired after little caesar’s”
“How pissed do you think the Pringles team was seeing the Little Cesars commercial 45 mins ago lol,” wrote a third.
“Not Little Caesars and Pringles having the same concept for their ads…,” wrote another.
Even DoorDash poked fun on its official X account:
Regardless of who went first, I’m still suddenly craving a Little Caesars and tube of Pringles right now.
